While we do expect campers to have some prior rowing experience, we do not expect our campers to be pulling sub-6:00 ergs. We do ask that rowers arrive in-shape and ready for physically taxing workouts and multiple sessions per day. 

  • Pull a 2k
  • Run 3 miles continuously
  • Ability to swim (safety precaution)
